This policy covers the FluxOne website and explains what we collect when you visit it, why, and what you can do about it. It does not cover the FluxOne or FluxZero apps themselves. Questions? Email contact@schimmer.tech.
What we collect
When you book a demo
The form on the contact page asks for your name, work email, company name, what your business offers, how many projects you do a year and, if you add one, a message. We only receive this when you press Book my demo.
If you accept Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics (through Google Firebase) to see which pages people visit. It records the pages you open, roughly where you are (country and city, worked out from your IP address), your device, browser and screen size, and the site that sent you here. It does not get anything you type into the demo form. If you decline, Analytics is not loaded at all.
Every time you visit
Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting service, Google Firebase Hosting, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to send you the pages. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google's font servers.
How we use it
- Demo requests: to get in touch with you about a demo of FluxOne.
- Analytics: to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it
- Google Apps Script receives the demo form and passes it to Slack. It does not keep a copy.
- Slack holds demo requests as messages in our team's workspace, where we follow them up.
- Google Analytics and Firebase process Analytics data, only if you accept cookies.
- Google Firebase Hosting and Google Fonts serve the website and its fonts.
These services may store and process data on servers outside India. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle it: Google and Slack.
How long we keep it
Demo requests stay in our Slack workspace while we need them to follow up with you. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics according to its data retention setting. You can ask us to delete your demo request at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
Before you choose, the site sets no cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you press Accept. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings (also in the footer); declining removes the Analytics cookies.

Your choices
- Accept or decline Analytics cookies, and change your mind later in Cookie settings.
- Ask us what demo request information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@schimmer.tech.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
The website and the demo form use encrypted HTTPS connections, and the details needed to post to our Slack are kept on the server side, never in the website itself.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
